He is survived by: his wife Anna Banks Bush; his children, Tammy (Jacob Sr), BJ (Michelle) and Carl (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Jacob Jr., Ryan, Ethan, Shannan, Caden and Kyler. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
