Goolsby Jr., Ray Goolsby, Jimmy Goolsby, Glen Goolsby, Ruby Markham and Annie Merle Winslow.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rena Fouraker of Bryceville and Sandra Cummings (Larry) of Bryceville; her grandchildren, Kristi McCallister (Travis) of Lake Butler, Joel Fouraker (Amanda) of Bryceville, Jonathan Fouraker (Jessica) of Bryceville and Andrew Cummings of Bryceville; her great grandchildren, Hunter Williams, Noah Williams, Lane Fouraker, Macie Fouraker, Malia Williams, Levi Fouraker, Autumn Fouraker and Jackson McCallister; her brother Bobby Goolsby (Mary); her sister-in-law Jewel Goolsby of Sandford; and her daughter-in-law Simone Fouraker of Jacksonville.
