She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" Morgan; and her son John Morgan. She is survived by: her grandson Garrett Morgan; and her friends, Myrna Taylor, Sheri Bentley (Jeff), Billy Curtis (Connie), Marsha Thomas (Randy), Tricia Delgross (Dan) and Alvin Reynolds.
On July 25, 2021, Joyce and Jim's world was shattered when they lost their son, John to Covid.
