He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Stephens and Mary Frances Stephens of Jacksonville, FL; and his brother Donnie Stephens. He is survived by: his sister Scarlett Chauncy; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Crutcher, Wendy Stephens, Donald J. Stephens and Jeffrey Stephens; his great-nephews, Lil Jeff Stephens and Bryce Cox; his sister-in-law Cindy Stephens; his partner Kim Rowe; and his caregiver Doris Boyd.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home (7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
