"Alton" Kelly (Denise) of Jacksonville, FL, Howard Kelly (Patti) of Jacksonville, FL, Ronnie Kelly (Rose) of Jacksonville, FL, Lora Brewer (Johnny) of Jacksonville, FL and Evone Hutchinson of Jacksonville, FL; his siblings-in-law, James McKenzie and Carol Kelly of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Jennifer Petty (Shane), Wesley Wingate, Jacob Wingate, Mindy Wester (Brian), Jamie Lott (Mike Placido), Casey Hemphill and Hannah Hemphill; and his great grandchildren, Bryson, Brayden Wester, Cali, Cash Lott, Cruz Placido, Memphis and Grayson Petty. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
