She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Howard Orr; her parents, Arthur Mangham and Gerthie Mangham; her son Russell Orr (Connie); her brothers, Arthur and John Mangham; her granddaughter Misty Orr; and her great grandchild Sydney Elise Fillmore.
She is survived by: her children, Curtis Orr (Jackie), Sharon Lemmons, Larann Irby (John), Ann Tidwell (David), Michael Orr (Robin) and Pamela Lee (David); and her brother James Mangham (Sue). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Merritt Funeral Home (2 S Lemon Ave, Brooksville, FL 34601). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has also requested donations be made "In Memory of Rebecca Orr" to HPH Hospice at 12242 Cortez Boulevard Brooksville, FL 34613.
