He was predeceased by: his father Archie Woodard (Woody); and his sister Connie Brass Dodd. He is survived by: his wife Myra Rooks; his mother Julia Woodard Young; and his siblings, Clyde Woodard (Debbie), Misti Humfleet (Danny), D. Erman Woodard, Leo Brass, Henry Brass (Shelia), Bishop Brass Jr. and Melanie Langworthy (Alan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Merritt Funeral Home (2 S Lemon Ave, Brooksville, FL 34601). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Citrus County Cattlemen's Building (11185 S Pleasant Grove Rd, Floral City, FL 34436).
