It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Steve Nipper Sr. of Brooker, Florida, who passed away on September 12, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jean Nipper; and his daughter Sheri Kay Nipper Bostwick. He is survived by: his son Stevie Nipper; his brother Richard; his brother-in-law Edward Allen (Thelma); his grandsons, Derek Nipper Doug (Cassie), Clay Nipper and Brandon Bostwick (Veronica); and his great grandchildren, Annslie, Addison, Bryar and Jensen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
