He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wesley, Sr. and Muriel Lee Sapp Kelley; and his sister Judy Roberts. He is survived by: his brothers, Willard Kelley and Randel "Randy" Kelley; and his nieces and nephews, David Kelley, Stephanie Kelley, Joseph Kelley, Elizabeth Kelley, Debra Kelley, Laura Williams and Eric Williams.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Dedan Cemetery (13883 SW County Rd 231, Brooker, FL 32622).
For over 30 years, he made Georgia his home and he worked for Lockheed Martin, where he made significant contributions to aerospace industry.
