She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Welch; and her siblings, May Mayben and Harvey Green. She is survived by: her sisters, Joanne Fussell and Shirley Cline; and her daughters, Robin (Michael), Susie, Priscilla (Randy) and Rebekah (Pete).
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to New River Baptist Church Cemetery Fund or Vistas Hospice of High Springs.
