He was predeceased by: his father Ivy Lee Holder Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Holder; his mother Carolyn McDavid Holder; his grandmother Mary Marquerite Ward McDavid; his daughters, Patrea Holder and Amber Holder; his stepchildren, Christy Holland, Timothy Holland (Elizabeth), Richard Holland (Lacey) and Dennis Holland (Katherine); and his siblings, Christopher Holder (Katie), Lee Holder (Amanda), Jackson Holder and Lisa Fletcher (Tony). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
