He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine Wilder Bullard; and his significant other Marjorie Hill Bullard. He is survived by: his sons, Lewis W. Bullard, Jr. (Karen), Glenn Bullard (Marybeth) and Gary Bullard, Sr.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
