It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol K. Strickland of Bristol, Florida, born in Flatwoods, Kentucky, who passed away on September 24, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Kincaid and Pauline Kincaid; and her sisters, Shelby Bryson, Dottie Strickland, Barbara McMorrow, Nancy Davis and Marie King.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Strickland of Bristol; her children, Bo Maddox (Cynthia) of Clanton, Alabama and Tammy Pullam (Garnette) of Bristol; her siblings, Kenney Kincaid of Hosford, Bonnie Rech of Omaha and Della Adkins of Huntington; and her grandchildren, Shena, Chasity, Jasper, Juliana, Cody, Hunter and Andrew. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
