He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Owens and Dorothy Ray Owens; his wife Connie Citro; his brother Donald; and his niece Cathy Jean.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Wehde (Chuck) of Jacksonville, Paula McCormick (Mike) of Birmingham, Linda Bennett, Joanna Allison (Eddie) and Marilyn Bennett of Akron, Ohio; his grandchildren, Abigail McCormick, Bryce Wehde and Lisa Preston of Hudson, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Ava and Ben Preston; his sister-in-law Billie Jean Owens; and his caregivers, Nikki and Cindy. He is also survived by many loving great nephews and nieces, neighbors, and friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Old Oak Grove Cemetery (27092 77th Rd, Branford, FL 32008).
