She was predeceased by: her father Alfred Gerdes; and her siblings, Raymond Gerdes, Donna Hansen and Jody Huisenga. She is survived by: her mother Marlene Gerdes; her husband Joseph Smith of Branford, FL; her siblings, Allen Gerdes, Larry Gerdes, Cindy Schultz of Lake City, FL and Ruth Petirch; and her stepchild Jody Childs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
