She is survived by: her children, Joni Sapp of Branford, FL and Jay Sapp of Dallas, TX.; her nephew Alfred Matthews (Heather); her grandchildren, Trey Fortner and Darrah Fortner (Raymond); and her great grandchild Wesley Mickel.
