We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2020 we had to say goodbye to James Wendell Lewis of Branford, Florida. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Linda Ann Guess, Gene Lewis and George 'Bucky Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Melba Lewis; his children, Brenda Sue Henson (Butch), Peggy Hodges, Jimmy Lewis (Deborah) and Timmie Lewis (Jeana); his siblings, Geraldine Thompson and Skippy Lewis; and his grandchildren, Nikki Harrell (CJ), Jessica Welchel (Corey), B. T. Sullivan (Kara), Kendell Fairchild, Matthew Lewis (Heather), Karen Stewart (Justin), Kenneth 'Bubba Lewis, Heather Garris, Rachael Patrick (Mark), Ashley Long and Eli Long. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to your local food bank - feeding those in need was close to Wendell's heart.
