She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Kilpatrick and Jessie Weeks Kilpatrick; her husband Melvin Kilpatrick; and her sons, James Thomas (J. T.) and Roger Dennis Kilpatrick.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanette Knight of Branford, FL, Delton Kilpatrick (Sybil) and Charles M. Kilpatrick (Suzanne); and her sister Vera Stanley (Theodore). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; thirty-four great-grandchildren, and twenty-six great-great-grandchildren.
