She was predeceased by: her parents, Berwyn Bliss and Jacqueline Ferrell Bliss; her daughter Angela Gale Noe; and her siblings, Gloria Telkamp and Berwin Dale Bliss, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Tina Marie Noe (Shawn), Kelly Nadeane Welden (Jody), Hailey Annette Hatch (Cameron), Danny Lee Noe (Nanette), James Arthur Paul, IV (Ashley) and Brandon Austin Paul (Jaime); her siblings, Carol Stevens (Scott) and Melvin Bliss (Tonjia); and her grandchildren, Tracey Norman, Jr., Dawson, Hunter Collier, Jordan Noe, Kimberly, Hanna Massey, Austin Noe, Dylan, Colton, Grayson Noe, Shayla Coughlin, Caroline Weldon, Alana Coughlin, Joseph and Iris Weldon. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
