We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2022, at the age of 83, Thelma Letha Rains of Brandon, Florida, born in Barbourville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Edith and Mary Edith (Née Manning); and her husband Jack Rains. She is survived by: her children, Sheresa Kelley (Jim), Marcia Rains-Nadal (Florencio Nadal) and Scott Rains; her grandchildren, Scott Rains Jr. (Jennifer), Mike Rains, Chris Rains, Evan Kelley, Courtney Safko and Katarina Safko; her close friend Curtis Bowling; and her friend Grace. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
