She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Kobi A. Finley; her son-in-law Elis B. Rodriguez, Jr.; her granddaughters, Ellie Rodriguez, Laynie Rodriguez and Tootsie Mae; her parents, Harriet Myrtle Miller (Fletcher) and Robert James Fletcher; and her siblings, Christine and William.
Bobbi was a resident of Brandon, Florida for over 30 years and regularly donated to the Humane Society of Tampa.
