He was predeceased by: his wife Loretta Gayle Coley; and his siblings, Donald Roscoe Lipsey and Marie Lipsey Heath. He is survived by: his brother Johnny Ray Lipsey (Donna); his children, Anthony Wayne Lipsey (Angie) and Laura Montene (Lipsey); and his grandchildren, Kayla (Jared), Taylor (Jaryd), Trey, Kendall (Jordan), Courtney (Kaleb), Bailey, Cassidy and Rhett.
