He is survived by: his daughters, Raelyn Whitehead (Charles), Robin Dalton (Damon), Jennifer Miller (Jason) and Aimee Tate (Cody); his sister Shirley Smith; his grandchildren, Kenny, Brittani, Trent Whitehead, Jordyn, Jayce Miller, Amelia and Miles Tate; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Noah Whitehead, Colton, Camryn Young, Trent Jr. and Ace Whitehead.
