He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie Justice and Barney Justice; and his brother Terry Frank Justice. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, John, Aaron (Amy) and Cory (Cristal); his brother Kenneth Justice (Brenda); his sister-in-law Diane Justice; and his grandchildren, Leilani, Adian, Sophia and Isabelle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
