She was predeceased by: her parents, Elliot Row Bartell and Betty Hughes Bartell; her husband Barney Westmoreland, Jr.; and her brother James Bartell. She is survived by: her sons, Russell E "Rusty" Westmoreland of Sautee, GA and Chip Westmoreland (Meg) of Fernandina Beach, FL; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Barbara Jayne, Summer, Sydney and Savanna.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Melech Hospice House at 11125 N 52nd St, Temple Terrace, FL 33617.
