He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lee and Myrtle Alligood Culpepper; his great grandchildren, Emma, Cadin, Jeremiah, Tyler, Julianna, Shayla, Kohl, Jackson, Gwendolyn, Madeline, William, Reese, Abigail and Grace; his siblings, Alva of Bud, J. C., Oblin, Carrol, Erma Hathcock, Charles and Faye Ballard; his grandchildren, Richard Jaeger and Whitney Andress; and his mother-in-law Mabel Valentin.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Culpepper; his daughters, Katherine Jaeger (Jerry), Deborah Olson, Connie Culpepper and Karen Barner (Randy); his siblings, Shirley Culpepper Pace and Everett Culpepper; and his grandchildren, Michelle Temple (Chris), Michael Mraz, Sean Olson (Adrian), Ouida Nason (late Philip), Angel Stone, Katielee Lunt, Erica Hendricks (Dennis Schultz), Justin Olson (Melissa), Kendra Olson, William Robbins (Andrya), Stacie Fisher (Richard), Jessica Perry (Lindsay) and Melissa Williams. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
