He is survived by: his wife Joan Crouse; his daughters, Debbie Boyle and Cheryl Crouse; his brothers, Donald and Carl; his grandchildren, Lisa Goblirsch and Brandon Sigmund; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Whitnee, Nakala and TyShawn.
