He is survived by: his wife Dr. Shirley Davis Harvey; his son Kenneth Belcher (Michelle) of Riverview, Florida; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Collins, Jr. (Ashley) of Ruskin, Quinton Holmes of Tampa, Justin Senia (Ranyouri Senia) of Riverview, Marcel Collins (Yamaira) of Port Richey and Jasmine Collins of Tampa, Florida; his siblings-in-law, Arnetha Patrick (Hosea), Gloria Wong and Superintendent Mitchell Davis Jr. (Marian) of Land O' Lakes, Florida; and his cousins, Willard Walker (Victoria) of Lansing, Louella Cain of Jackson, Eddie Harris, Loretta Nunnally (Joe), Clarence Harris (Mary Emma) of Sicklerville, Eva Johnson of Fayetteville, Paul Harris (Mary) of Grantville, Minnie Moore of Riverdale and Lydia Mallory of Hampton, Virginia. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
