He is survived by: his parents, Jason Winner and Rebecca Winner; his siblings, Matthew Winner and Amanda Winner; his grandparents, Lynda and John DeKeyser; his great-grandparent Lorraine Fleming; his great-aunt Joan Blanco; his uncle Kevin Russ; and his aunts, Denise McMillan and Angela Russ.

He cooked dinners and donated items to help his neighbors, he helped people find homes and so much more.
