He is survived by: his wife Sherry Hurlbert; his children, Tonya McMahan (Charles McMahan) and Charles Henry Small; his siblings, Diane Quig, Cindy Nagle, Edith Heredia and Ricky Small; his grandchildren, Moriah, Daniel, Billy, Alina, Gwyhn and Jase; and his stepmother Elaine Beverly Small.
