He is survived by: his wife Roberta Kay Hardy (Bert); his children, Charles Thomas Hardy Jr. (Leslie) and Tracey Biggers; his sister Janice Lucas; his grandchildren, Andrew Hardy (Kristen), Sarah Hardy (Kristian), Madison Biggers, Walker Biggers, Jayden Biggers and Jamey Biggers; and his great grandchildren, Brooke Hardy and Lily Hardy. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
