It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Wayne Reburn Seay (Brandon, Florida), born in Trenton, Florida, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rose and Walter Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Raegan Rose Seay (Kendall Nickerson); his grandsons, Joshua Jr. and James; his parents, Saundra Reburn and Bobbie Reburn; and his siblings, Matthew Reburn, Bobbie Reburn, Hillary Patrick and Victoria White. He is also survived by spouses, along with many beloved nieces and nephews.
