With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Jean Elkins of Brandon, Florida, born in Long Beach, California, who passed away on September 20, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Elkins (Bill); her parents, Charles Link and Jean Ross; and her siblings, Thomas Link and Nancy Murphy.
She is survived by: her son Eric; her daughter-in-law Lisa Elkins (Carol) of Riverview, FL; her son Steven Elkins of Columbus, OH; her grandson Dominic Elkins; her sisters, Diane Arnold of Long Beach, CA and Margaret Granger of Lancaster, PA; and her sister-in-law Judy Link of Boise, ID.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to her grandson's school the Livingstone Academy of Autism in Valrico, FL or to The Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
