She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Hernandez and Rosa Hernandez; her husband Frank; and her siblings, Elsie Cotal, Hilda Rodriguez and Luis Angel Hernandez.
She is survived by: her sisters, Gladys Hernandez, Mary Cintron and Librada Hernandez; her children, Alfred Blanco (AnnMarie) and Elena Levinar (Mike); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Newhall (Wes), Amanda Neff (Kyle), Michael Levinar and Alex Levinar. She is also survived by three Great-Grandchildren.
