She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Alan, Jeff Taliaferro and Beth D'Elia; her siblings, Bill Musser and Frances Gass; her grandchildren, R. Ryland Taliaferro, Kaylie L. Morrison, Evelyn D'Elia and Arielle D'Elia; and her great grandchild Robert R. Taliaferro (Rory).

She set an example as a loving, caring and wise mother, was committed to helping and encouraging others, and donated time to various volunteer organizations, for example, the Adult Literacy Program and the Brandon Outreach Clinic.
