She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe "Joe" Midili and Angela Midili; her husbands, Ralph Smith and Frank Sweeney; her daughter Teresa Smith Weaver; and her siblings, Rosella De Palma, Salvatore Mideli, Sostine Midili, Antoinette Midili, Jennie Sakellaris and Mary Plazewski.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Smith (Linda), Steve Smith (Laraine) and Mark Smith (Krystine); her close friend Frank Fuchs; and her brother Paul Midili of San Antonio, FL. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Nativity Catholic Church (705 E Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Saint Anthony Cemetery (12234 Palm St, San Antonio, FL 33576).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Nativity Catholic Church Food Bank at 705 East Brandon Boulevard, Brandon, FL 33511.
