He was predeceased by: his parents, George Case and Rachel Case; and his siblings, Dan Case, Bob Case, Joe Case and Karen Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Shawn, Rachel and Justin; his grandchildren, Carter, Brennan, Ethan, Annabelle, Emilynn, Lucas and Iyla; and his siblings, Teresa and John. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
