It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Christopher Ballard Jr. (Bradenton, Florida), who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas C. Ballard Sr. and Pauline C. Oswein; his former wife Patricia Burke; and his brother Donald Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Jan Ballard; his sons, Chris (Marcia), Stephen (Charlie), Michael (Lynn) and Patrick (Elaine); and his cousin Elizabeth Ann Pickerill. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
