He is survived by: his wife Gail Johnson; his children, Susan Melichar and Scott Johnson; his grandchildren, Jimme Melichar, Ella Melichar and Justin Melichar; his son-in-law Michael Melichar; and also Anna Bruzos De Logorz. He is also survived by his family, friends.
