He was predeceased by: his parents, James Olin Cox Jr. and Joyce Purinton Cox Greene; his wife Judy Musgrave Cox; and his grandson Jesse Logan Lipsey. He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Moore of Palmetto, FL, Nancy Harris (Burt) of Vilano Beach, FL and Gary Cox (Shannon) of Bradenton, FL; his children, Tammy Leavell (Justin), Jennifer Lipsey (Jamie) and Jay Cox (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Lexi and Olin Leavell; and his children, Jaden, Jordan Lipsey, Ellie, Emma and Goldie Cox. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
