He was predeceased by: his father Thomas S; and his sister-in-law Norma Jean. He is survived by: his mother Josephine "Peggy"; his siblings, Rick and Rita Skinner (Craig); his nephews, Cory, Daniel, Brad Vaught, Anthony Skinner (Chelsea) and Travis Skinner (Baylee); his niece Brittany Dillard (Josh); and his pet Lily.
In lieu of flowers family asks that donations be made in Roger's name to St Judes Research Hospital.
