He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Sharon, Scott and Steve; his daughters-in-law, Kelly and Jane; and his grandchildren, Rohan, Brady and Grace.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
