Somers of Bradenton, Florida, born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Somers and Elizabeth Somers; and his sister Susan Grogan. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Somers; his children, Jennifer Kester (Jeffrey) and Christopher Somers (Christa); his grandchildren, Troy Kester, Cicely, Harold and Nathan Somers; and his brother James Somers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
