He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Hoffman and Hazel Jenkins Hoffman; his brother John Hoffman; and his son Anthony Lee Hoffman (Karen) of Ridley Park, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Hoffman; his children, Lorena Grogan (Timothy) of East Falmouth, MA, Richard Hoffman (Zula) of Mickleton, NJ and Dianne Gordon of Issaquah, WA; his grandchildren, Natalie Grogan of Charleston, SC, Brigid Stoll (Thomas) of East Falmouth, MA, Colleen Grogan of Boston, MA, Rebecca Solem of Issaquah, WA, Rachel Solem of Issaquah, WA and Nicole Hoffman of Mickleton, NJ; and his great grandchild Sebastian Solem of Issaquah, WA. He is also survived by numerous cousins and dear friends.
