She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Ruelas and Guadalupe Davila. She is survived by: her husband Hector; her children, Angelita Monsibais, Andrea Monsibais (Pedro Fuentes) and Jesus Monsibais (Amanda); and her grandchildren, Isaiah, Ibryahna, Issabellah, Marcus, Sophia, Amaya, Lilliana, Pedro III, Matthew and Makayla. She is also survived by many other family members and close friends.
