Norman E. Sparkes Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norman E. Sparkes of Bradenton, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 21, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Sparkes and Beulah Sparkes (Ripple); his wife Kathryn R. "Katie" Sparkes; his siblings, Richard Sparkes (Coralie), Larry Sparkes, Connie Wing (Junior) and Bonnie Gilmore (Gil); and his granddaughter Michelle Snell.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Roberts (Sonny), Glenn Fifield (Mary) and Larry Fifield (Wanda); his grandchildren, Mary Jacobs, Larry Jacobs, Mindy Novak, John Novak, Jim Snell, Samuel Roberts, Cindy Roberts and Cody Roberts; his great grandchildren, Seth, Hannah, Abigail, Nicholas, Allison, Jacob, Kaylee, Sandilynn, Alexander, Logan, Samantha, Sean, Zachary, Riley, Hayden, Sophie of Leah, CJ and Wilson; his great great grandchildren, Edith, Emylyn, Kayden, Braxton, Leon and Troy; and his sister-in-law Henrietta Sparkes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Keck-Coleman Chapel (1500 Waterford Pkwy, St Johns, MI 48879). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
