He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Poisson Sr. and Marguerite Joyce; and his sister Mary Lynn Himmelman (Nee Poisson). He is survived by: his wife Mary Barbara Poisson; his siblings, Diane Burmeister (Brad), John Poisson (Tammy) and Robert J. Poisson Jr. (Jill); his stepmother Nancy Poisson (Nee Shaw); his sisters-in-law, Ester Brock (Stanley), Betty Edmunds (Donald), Pat O'Brien (Tom) and Sandy Sierzega (Michael); and his nieces and nephews, Michael Burmeister, Thomas Poisson, Jacob Poisson, Corey Sierzega, Raymond Albrecht, Daniel Albrecht, Benjamin Albrecht, Kristy Barhite (Dale), Dana Burmeister and Emma Poisson.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory (604 43rd St W, Bradenton, FL 34209).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the charity of choice.
