She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Denney and Leo Denney (Towsend); her son Donnie Gurdine; and her stepson Tim McGowen. She is survived by: her husband Billy; her children, Gary Christensen of Sarasota, Florida, Gail Davis (Douglas) of Sebring, Carol Williams (Michael) of Lake Alfred and Denise Grimes (Todd) of Auburndale; her stepchildren, Bruce, Nancy S, Sherrie M and Julie P; her grandchildren, Kala Mehler, Keri Grimes, Aaron Williams, Derik Davis and Nicholas Davis; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Logan, Adalyn, Kendall, Dalilah and Camden; and her sister Virginia Ann Sweeney of Rock Island.
