He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Burns of Bradenton; his granddaughters, Hannah Ryleigh Burns and Heidi Rowan Burns; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Locke Burns of West Chester, OH; his sister-in-law Sandy Burns; his nieces, Teri and Toni of Washington; his stepdaughter Terry Kaufman (Tony); his grandson George Simon Miller of Oxford, OH; and his stepson George W. Kaufman (Danielle) of Lebanon.
