He was predeceased by: his brother Chris Cummins. He is survived by: his wife Kathi Cummins; his daughter Melissa Cummins; his grandchildren, Sylvie and Leo Robinson; his parents, Bud Cummins and Alice Cummins; his mother-in-law Carol Murphy; and his sisters, Barb [Steve] Bonnet, Patti [Jim Wolpert] Cummins and Dolly Cummins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
